柴油机微粒edge filter

利用NO2的强氧化性连续再生柴油机微粒edge filter(DPF)的技术,分别在流动模拟反应器和165F柴油机台架上进行了再生试验研究。通过外加NO2气体,实现了在300℃以下连续再生DPF的目的。分析了NO2 浓度,反应温度及发动机负荷等再生效果的影响。试验结果表明,在一定温度范围内,反应温度与尾气中NO2浓度的提高均有利于NO2再生柴油机微粒edge filter。采用二维轴对称非稳态流动模型对陶瓷edge filter脉冲反吹全过程中滤管内外的瞬变流场进行了数值模拟,所计算的滤管外径向速度波形与实验测定结果基本吻合,给出了从正常过滤过程到脉冲反吹结束的全过程中引射区域和滤和速度场及温度场的变化,分析了反吹气体温度对滤管内温度分布的影响,模拟结果表明,edge filter的操作温度与反吹气体温度差提高,会加剧滤管轴向方向脉冲清灰不均匀性。
分别用时域有限差分仿真算法和系统辨识算法对GaAlAs/GaAs单环谐振腔optical filter的滤波特性进行了仿真计算并进行了对比.结果表明:两种算法获得的optical filter的滤波特性基本一致,系统辨识算法比时域有限差分算法可节省一定的计算时间.以仿真模拟为基础,设计、制作了GaAlAs/GaAs平面光波导单环谐振腔optical filter.仿真计算的optical filter滤波特性与实际器件测试结果吻合较好,通带半宽约为13 nm.
采用一种简单、稳定的方法-差分迭代法对平行向列相液晶在外电场作用下指向矢的空间分布进行了模拟计算。在此基础上,利用琼斯矩阵方法对平行向列相液晶法布里-珀罗dichroic filter的本征偏振态及光学特性进行了研究。结果表明,平行向列相液晶法布里-珀罗dichroic filter的共振模式是两组互相垂直的线性偏振态,且具有调谐范围宽,偏振敏感等特点。为了获得可调谐的光空间滤波器,在一维薄膜光子晶体中引入液晶层,形成法布里珀罗dichroic filter结构,利用此结构在峰值波长处具有较大群延迟的特性,设计并理论模拟了当光束倾斜入射时此结构中存在的超棱镜效应.利用液晶本身的电光效应对此结构进行调谐,实现了不同波段的光波色散分离.采用差分迭代法计算了液晶层的指向矢,利用Berreman4×4矩阵法分层计算了液晶的光学特性.当P偏振光以 20°斜入射此薄膜结构,电压从0V变化到3V时,可依次实现不同波长光波的空间色散分离,可调谐范围为1447~1459nm,最大群延迟可达7. 8ps.
